Terms and Conditions If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 5 working days and we will issue a full refund, including postage and packaging, or an exchange. We will refund or exchange any items that are faulty or damaged within 30 days from date of delivery. Please include a copy of your packing slip detailing which items are being returned for refund/ exchange. Whilst every effort will be made to deliver goods on time, no liability is accepted for delays occurred by circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure you acquire a proof of posting certificate, it can take up to 14 days to process your return. If you are returning items for refund because they are faulty we will refund the price you paid for the item, including the delivery charge, and any reasonable costs incurred by you in returning the item to us. Your rights to return goods to us will not apply if: Any product we have made is personalised or customised, i.e with your name, message or photo You have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been produced Where in our opinion you have not taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession, and have not been returned in original packaging Cancellation Policy If you have been sent the wrong items you must inform us within 5 working days of receiving an incorrect order. Faulty Goods If goods are faulty or damaged upon delivery, please contact us and we will offer either a replacement or refund, however we must be notified in writing within 7 working days, following your acceptance of this delivery. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a refund. How to order Add all required products with correct quantity to the shopping basket, ensure you have picked the right delivery option. Once you have selected all the products you wish to order, proceed to the checkout. New Customers will need to create an account, existing customers please log in using your user name and password. Secure payment using Paypal, credit or debit card. Owing to the nature of the clothes and gifts we supply and the time of year, we are not able to hold large volumes of all our lines in all sizes at all times. In the event we are unable to supply something you have ordered within 10 working days, we will inform you within 48 hours to offer a suitable alternative. Delivery We will endeavour to despatch your goods within 10 days of placing an order with delivery time dependent on your chosen delivery method. Carriage will be an extra charge to each order. We offer Royal Mail signed for @ £6.05 which takes approx. 2- 3 days or UPS next day @ £8.00. For security reasons a signature is required to acknowledge receipt. Goods may be delivered between 8 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday.
